Walk With God

Many people have trouble submitting their will to anyone. Sometimes these people even have trouble submitting their will to God. Many times you will hear people say: “God walks with me,” or “I told God to do this or that.” We cannot expect God to walk with us --we must walk with Him. He is the One who knows the right way. We never have the right to demand things from God. We must learn to be His humble servants.
A rebellious spirit is something that a Christian cannot have and be pleasing to God. Instead, one must be humble and kind and always submissive to God. A proud and haughty spirit will bring much trouble and hurt to one’s life. It will destroy friendships and cause trouble in the congregation of God’s people.
“O the depth of the riches both of the wisdom and knowledge of God! How unsearchable are his judgments, and his ways past finding out! Or who hath first given to him, and it shall be recompensed unto him again? For of him, and through him, and to him are all things; to whom be glory forever. Amen” (Romans 11:33-36).
We must realize the greatness of the Lord and humbly serve Him all the days of our lives. We must walk with Him and be willing to follow where He leads.
